“Expert and Survivor-led Town Hall discussion hosted by Everytown and BWJP. Melody McFadden is an Everytown Survivor Network Senior Fellow and a Moms Demand Action South Carolina Faith Outreach Lead. When Melody was 17, her mother was shot and killed in a domestic violence incident. Since 2014, Melody has been a dedicated advocate for gun violence prevention, with a specific focus on the many facets of domestic violence, trauma, and prohibiting people with dangerous histories from obtaining guns.
